In this webinar, participants will receive training in the fundamentals of budgeting, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other financial management tools. In addition to discussing budget and revenue-generating best practices, participants will be introduced to different types of budgeting software.
About the Presenters
Domenic Bravo is the Administrator for Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails. Domenic received his bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University. He later earned his master’s degree in Park and Resource Management while working as a park ranger in Nevada. Domenic’s experience includes working as a law enforcement ranger, and as a result, he has extensive training in law enforcement, EMS, and rescue.
Lisa Sumption is the Director of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. After leaving a ten-year career in regional retail management, Lisa held a variety of public sector positions, including Senior Internal Auditor for the Oregon Department of Human Services, Assistant Director of Administrative Services for the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, and Chief of Staff for the Oregon Investment Board.
