This course will explore the ways we communicate with the staff we supervise, colleagues, and partners, including when to use oral or written communication, and how different communication techniques may be misinterpreted. You will also learn ways to communicate more effectively through active listening, engaging, influencing, and negotiating with others. The course will conclude by providing examples of how communication methods are used to craft clear messages with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
