In this course, you will learn about the essential elements of hiring and preparing staff to be successful in their positions. We will cover the necessary planning to be able to hire the right person, the materials needed to recruit, and the best methods for recruitment. The strategies that work best for identifying and selecting staff, and how to appropriately onboard and train your staff will also be explained. The knowledge and skills learned in the course will help first-line supervisors be prepared to hire and maintain an effective staff.
