About
Good facilitation skills are the key to effective and productive meetings that are inclusive and produce actionable outcomes; but not all of us have this skill set. How do you know when you need an outside facilitator for your team’s project? What facilitation skills could you develop internally? This brief microlearning will introduce you to the benefits of facilitation and concludes with a short survey of your facilitation needs and interests that will help shape future learning opportunities.
This course is self-paced and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Elements of the course:
- Introductory video
- Informational text
- Real-life examples
- Links to resources
The final part of the course is a short survey that will inform future online and blended learning on the topic of facilitation.
Why micro learning?
Micro learning courses are an excellent way to learn content in quick and focused segments. These concise and informative courses enable learning when time is limited. The use of video and other instructional techniques make this an engaging experience for the learner and provide a unique alternative to our full-length courses.
