Welcome to Introduction to Human Health and Natural Environments! This course is a prologue to the series and has been created to give readers an overview of what content and features are found in this series’ courses. The purpose of this course is to introduce the main concepts in each course while also providing readers a sense of how they connect with one another. The course will begin with a brief description of the main concepts covered in each course, and will also discuss the pros and cons of taking individual courses versus the entire certificate program.

This course is self-paced to allow you greater flexibility. You are free to move at your own speed, and you decide the order and progression in which you move through the course. You can also revisit and review sections in greater depth as needed.
