About the Course
There are big benefits to today's virtual workplace, but there can be big challenges, too. The virtual workplace has many components, including mobile workers, virtual teams, and online meetings. In order to be an effective leader, it’s important to understand the differences in this virtual environment. This course will teach managers and supervisors on how to prepare employees for the virtual workplace, create telework programs, build virtual teams, leverage technology, and overcome cultural barriers.
