This webinar covers public and private partnerships. As visitation rises at state parks and the visitors needs and expectations also increases, finding a way to remain relevant to today’s visitor becomes costly. Public and private partnerships may be an option worth looking into.
Participants will receive training in how to identify partnership opportunities to meet the needs of visitors and to enhance their park experience. Those participating in the webinar will also learn creative options to structure the deal. Discussions on policy options and contract management strategies to make it a win-win opportunity for both the public entity and private partner.
