This webinar will include a discussion on how to use the NASPD Information Exchange (AIX) database, as well as a review of how very detailed asset management is used by the National Park Service to drive decisions.
Live webinar participants also discuss what data sources are used by state parks, what data sources state park agencies would like to have, and what key performance indicators (KPI) might be used by state park agencies.
About the Presenters
Domenic Bravo is the Administrator for Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails. Domenic received his bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University. He later earned his master’s degree in Park and Resource Management while working as a park ranger in Nevada. Domenic’s experience includes working as a law enforcement ranger, and as a result, he has extensive training in law enforcement, EMS, and rescue.
Tim Harvey is currently a consultant for Facility Life Cycle Concepts, where he provides advice on constructed asset portfolio management with an emphasis on the public sector. Before beginning in his present position, Tim retired from the National Park Service as Chief of the Park Facility Management Division. In recognition of his work in this role, he received the Department of the Interior Meritorious Service Award.
