About the Course

This course will teach you how to manage your thoughts, body language, nervousness, and speech patterns to present yourself professionally. You’ll also learn how to present at meetings, use the five-S pattern to prepare a good presentation, and punch up your presentation with visual aids. In order to deliver successful presentations, you have to master some basics of communication. The better you get at conversations, the more capable you become in other situations like meetings and conferences. So, we will begin with tips on becoming a better conversationalist and a stronger communicator, as well as some ways that you can open conversations.

This course is self-paced allowing you flexibility in the time needed to complete the courses. After completing the first course, Foundations of Park Safety, you decide the order and progression you’d like to take, allowing you to revisit and review sections in greater depth as needed.
