In this session participants will learn about the impacts of urbanization on communities’ physical and social health around the world. Using case studies from Johannesburg, South Africa, and from other international locations, this webinar will provide examples of the challenges park managers face during an era of rapid urbanization and population growth. Participants will gain knowledge of strategies used to maximize social and physical health benefits to communities.
